Zion Bridals – Utah wedding photographer

So the new year is among us and I know many of you got a shiny new engagement ring for Christmas! The holiday season is when I was proposed to as well. There is just something about that time of year that makes you appreciate family and closeness and want to start new traditions of your own with your loved one.

I had a fairly short engagement (3 months), which left me with a March anniversary. Now, my wedding was 11 years ago… that’s BEFORE Pinterest. Sometimes I like to dream about what my style of wedding would have been in another month. I can create my own imaginary wedding with amazing vendors and my nifty camera. For this shoot, I wanted to try a warm fall inspired wedding theme. I couldn’t think of any better warm hues than the natural ones found at Zion National Park. The coffee-colored dress perfectly compliments the dusty purples, burnt orange, and mossy green of the background. It looked like a painting! I entrusted the help of Thomas Times and Kelli Miller Beauty for the hair and makeup. This beautiful, wild and natural bouquet was done by none other than Jocelyn Floral Design . Everything just tied together so beautifully. A great romantic fall inspired wedding theme.

Photographer for stately, romantic weddings with a touch of whimsy. I mix film with digital and I love to mix lifestyle with more traditional portraits because I hate being boxed into one category. I love my job and I love getting to know you!
